Four principles guide how information is handled.

We collect information that supports checkout, delivery, customer communication, security and store improvement.
Purposeful use

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
Clear choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion or certain uses of personal information.
Information connected to your store interaction.

05 Payment information
Payment information is submitted to payment service providers that process transactions. Trainora may receive transaction status, payment-method type, billing information and related records needed to complete or support an order.
Payment processing is subject to the privacy and security practices of the selected payment provider. Do not send full payment-card details through email or ordinary support messages.
06 Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations and protect the store.
Trainora and its service providers use safeguards intended to protect information. However, no storage system, network or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should protect account credentials and contact us if unauthorized account activity is suspected.
07 Children's privacy
The Trainora store is intended for general adult shopping and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information may contact Trainora so the request can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

We may update this policy when store practices, technology, services or legal requirements change. The revised effective date will be shown on this page. Continued use of the store after an update is subject to the revised policy where permitted by law.
